"I received very poor service and felt cheated. I'm from Mathura and went there for my braces treatment. They initially told me that the treatment price was 25000 Rs and that there would be no extra charges. However, during the appointment, the assistant asked for 2000 Rs for teeth cleaning, which Dr. Shaksham said was a separate fee. Later, when I complained to the main dentist, he said it was the assistant's call. I paid that time 10000 rs for the braces treatment, but after two days, I experienced pain and bleeding. When I tried to contact them to fix the issue, they ignored my calls and even marked them as spam. I eventually went to another dentist to have the braces removed. It was a horrible experience, and I don't recommend them at all. I felt like they only cared about making money and not about their patients. I hope no one else has to go through this.
